Terms of Service for Unfurl

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile game Unfurl (the "App"), provided by Zero Plus Plus Studios ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The App and eligibility

Unfurl is a single-player carpet-coverage puzzle game intended for a general audience aged 13 and over. The App has no user accounts and no sign-in; your progress is stored on your device. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms.

2. In-app purchases and virtual items

• The App offers optional in-app purchases (for example, removing ads or unlocking content or features) processed entirely by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment information.
• Purchases unlock virtual items or features that have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or goods, and are non-transferable between devices, accounts, or users except as provided by the platform.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with the Google Play refund policy and applicable law. We may be unable to issue refunds directly, as transactions are managed by Google Play.
• Because progress is stored locally, uninstalling the App, clearing its data, or using "Reset progress" may permanently remove unlocked items. Restore options, where available, depend on the platform.

3. Advertisements

The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob, including optional rewarded ads that you may choose to watch to earn optional in-game rewards. Your use of ads is also subject to Google's applicable terms and policies. Ad availability and content are not guaranteed.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except to the extent permitted by applicable law;
• modify, tamper with, or use cheats, exploits, automation, or unauthorized third-party software to gain an unfair advantage or to manipulate purchases, ads, or rewards;
• use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.

5. Intellectual property

The App, including its code, design, graphics, audio, and "Unfurl" name and branding, is owned by Zero Plus Plus Studios and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or content except the limited license to use the App described above.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that progress and data will never be lost.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zero Plus Plus Studios will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, progress, or virtual items, arising out of or relating to your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Changes to the App and these Terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
