Terms of Service for Phone Paathshala

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile app Phone Paathshala (the "App"), provided by Zero Plus Plus Studios ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The App and eligibility

Phone Paathshala is an educational app that helps people — typically older adults, often set up with help from a family member — learn to use a smartphone by practising on simulated app screens. The App has no user accounts and no sign-in; your progress is stored on your device. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial learning, subject to these Terms.

2. Everything in the App is practice — nothing is real

• The App is a safe place to make mistakes: nothing you tap can have a real-world consequence.
• Please do not enter your real bank PIN, OTP, or passwords. The App never needs them and has no way to use them — in fact, it teaches you never to share your real PIN with anyone.

3. No purchases and no advertisements

The App is free. It contains no in-app purchases and no advertisements of any kind. There is nothing to buy and nothing to sell.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except to the extent permitted by applicable law;
• modify or tamper with the App, or use it in any way intended to disrupt or damage it;
• use the App for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual property

The App, including its code, design, graphics, audio, and the "Phone Paathshala" name and branding, is owned by Zero Plus Plus Studios and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or content except the limited license to use the App described above.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that progress and data will never be lost.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zero Plus Plus Studios will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or progress, arising out of or relating to your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Changes to the App and these Terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
