Privacy Policy for Hordeflow

This Privacy Policy explains how Zero Plus Plus Studios ("we", "us") handles information in the mobile game Hordeflow (the "App"). We have built Hordeflow to respect your privacy: it has no user accounts, no sign-in, and does not ask for any personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number.

1. Information we collect

Hordeflow itself does not ask you to provide any personal data. However, the App uses a small number of third-party services that automatically collect limited technical data to keep the game running, improve it, and show ads. These services are:

• Google AdMob (advertising) — Google Privacy Policy
• Google Analytics for Firebase (anonymous usage analytics) — Firebase Privacy & Security

Through these services, the following categories of data may be collected:

• Device and other identifiers — including the Android Advertising ID and an anonymous, app-generated install identifier (a random value that is not linked to your real-world identity).
• App activity — anonymous, aggregated information about how the App is used, such as levels started and completed and which features are tapped.
• Diagnostics & performance — technical information such as app launch time and performance, used to keep the App stable.
• Approximate location — a coarse, city/region-level location estimated from your device's IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location.

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, messages, files, or precise location. We do not knowingly collect data from children (see Section 6).

In-app purchases. Hordeflow offers optional in-app purchases, which are processed entirely by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment information such as card numbers or billing address.

2. How the information is used

• To display advertisements, including rewarded ads you can choose to watch to earn optional in-game rewards.
• To understand, in aggregate and anonymously, how players use the App so we can improve it.
• To keep the App stable and secure and to prevent fraud and abuse.

3. Sharing of information

The technical data above is collected and processed by our service providers (Google AdMob and Google Analytics for Firebase) acting on our behalf, and is shared with Google for the purposes described above. We do not sell your personal information. Data is transmitted using encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections.

4. Your choices and controls

• Advertising ID — you can reset or delete your Advertising ID, and opt out of ad personalization, at any time in your device's Settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads on Android).
• Reset / delete local data — the in-app Settings → Reset progress option clears all locally stored data, including the anonymous install identifier.
• Consent — where required (for example in the European Economic Area, the UK, and Switzerland), you will be asked for consent regarding personalized advertising, and you can change your choice via the in-app privacy options where available.

5. Data retention and deletion

Anonymous analytics data is retained only as long as needed for the purposes above and is then deleted or anonymized in line with Google's retention policies. Because the data we collect is not tied to a personal account, you can effectively remove your local identifiers at any time using Reset progress in the App and the Advertising ID controls in your device settings. For any other request relating to your data, contact us using the details in Section 7.

6. Children's privacy

Hordeflow is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to address it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
